You will learn posture routines to increase strength, develop balance and create more flexibility that can improve your running experience. Regular yoga practice can ease tight and tense muscles while also supporting joint health. If you are a regular competitor or occasionally run/hike you know that these activities can challenge you in keeping your body fit, toned and reduce likelihood of injury. Yoga is a great adjunct activity to compliment your fitness routines.
So please join us for a 90 minute workshop where you can learn specific postures that you can practice regularly. Learn to minimize pain and optimize performance. We want this workshop to be FUN! It is designed for all levels of yoga experience, including new students.
