New to Serenity?
Good. You’re Exactly Where You Need to Be.
Feeling nervous or out of place is completely human.
You don’t have to know what you’re doing — you just have to show up.
Here’s what you actually need to know so your first class feels welcoming, supportive, and pressure-free.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can settle in and transition out of your day before class begins.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. No special outfits or experience required.
Bring a mat if you have one — or borrow one of ours. Either way is completely fine.
Bring a water bottle - filtered water is available.
Leave your shoes at the door when you enter the studio.
We practice barefoot for safety and stability during movement.
Please silence or turn off your phone so the space stays quiet and focused.
Restrooms are available on-site. Arriving early gives you time to get settled.
Let your teacher know about any injuries or concerns before class so they can offer appropriate options.
All drop-in classes run continuously. You’re welcome to pre-register or simply walk in.
If you’re new, we recommend starting with Serenity Gentle Flow, Serenity Unwind, or Serenity Align. These classes are designed to be approachable and supportive.
