New to Serenity?
Good. You’re Exactly Where You Need to Be.

Feeling nervous or out of place is completely human.

You don’t have to know what you’re doing — you just have to show up.

Here’s what you actually need to know so your first class feels welcoming, supportive, and pressure-free.

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can settle in and transition out of your day before class begins.

  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. No special outfits or experience required.

  • Bring a mat if you have one — or borrow one of ours. Either way is completely fine.

  • Bring a water bottle - filtered water is available.

  • Leave your shoes at the door when you enter the studio.

  • We practice barefoot for safety and stability during movement.

  • Please silence or turn off your phone so the space stays quiet and focused.

  • Restrooms are available on-site. Arriving early gives you time to get settled.

  • Let your teacher know about any injuries or concerns before class so they can offer appropriate options.

  • All drop-in classes run continuously. You’re welcome to pre-register or simply walk in.

  • If you’re new, we recommend starting with Serenity Gentle Flow, Serenity Unwind, or Serenity Align. These classes are designed to be approachable and supportive.

We can’t wait to meet you. Just show up — we’ll guide you from there.
