A Place to Feel Like Yourself Again
Life moves fast. Most days you’re carrying a lot — mentally, emotionally, physically — and it’s easy to lose yourself in the process.
Serenity exists to be a place where you can slow down, breathe, and feel steady again. Not by pushing harder or fixing yourself, but by creating space in your body and mind so life feels more manageable and you feel more like you.
People come here because their minds feel busy, their bodies feel tense, or they’re tired of feeling reactive and overwhelmed. Over time, they notice they feel calmer, clearer, and more at ease — not because life suddenly changes, but because they have a place to reset and reconnect.
You don’t need experience. You don’t need flexibility.
You just need a space where you can show up as you are and feel supported.
The teachers at Serenity hold the space for your experience.

“There's something for every one and every level here. I tried a few things before I settled on Chair Yoga. It's a great hour of stretches, movements, and introspections and perfect for people with balance or mobility challenges. I'm so glad I was introduced to yoga as a discipline, and to Serenity in particular.”
What People Feel When They Practice Here

“Serenity is such a lovely environment. I find that all the classes are welcoming. Exercise has always been something that I bounce around from class to class and type to type. Once I found serenity, it was solid and I didn’t leave. Even after moving out of the valley for 7 years, I came back, rejoined serenity and don’t plan to leave anytime soon. I feel so solid in my body, feel it getting stronger, more flexible and overall healthy. The community pushes you to reach new levels all while having so much fun! Serenity is down to earth yoga. You learn about mindfulness, but you don’t feel you have to be anything you don’t want to be! I am so happy to be a part of this community ”

“Serenity Yoga is an amazing studio that is welcoming to all levels of experience. I have found it to be more of a community than a studio. Classes are very affordable and packages are available. The owner, who also teaches some of the classes, goes up and beyond to know who each individual is and to provide a variety of workshops and experiences. There are other places closer to home to practice yoga, but I travel a little further because I enjoy being at Serenity that much.”
