Serenity Yoga is an inclusive, down-to-earth yoga studio where people come to slow down, regulate stress, and reconnect with themselves. We’re not a fitness studio focused on pushing harder or doing more. Our work is about presence, consistency, and learning how to show up for life with more clarity and steadiness.
We’re currently hiring a Front Desk Sales Associate / Studio Assistant to support our students, manage day-to-day studio operations, and play an important role in membership sales and growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and helping others make decisions that genuinely support their well-being.

As a Studio Assistant, you’ll often be the first point of contact for new students. You’ll help them understand how the studio works, answer their questions, and guide them toward the option that best supports their needs.
This is a sales-forward, customer-facing role. Not in a pushy way — but in a real, practical way. You’ll be helping people decide to commit to something that helps them feel better in their bodies and lives.
If you’ve worked in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service — and you enjoy meaningful conversations — this role may be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Membership Support
Explain intro offers, pricing, and membership options clearly
Support intro-to-membership conversions using a simple process
Answer questions and address hesitations with confidence and care
Follow up with students via email and text
Support the studio’s overall membership growth
Front Desk & Customer Support
Greet students and manage class check-ins
Help new students feel oriented and informed
Respond to emails and text messages in a timely, professional way
Troubleshoot basic scheduling or account questions
Studio Operations
Open or close the studio depending on shift
Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front desk
Reset the space between classes and restock supplies
Support instructors with basic operational needs
Admin & Systems
Use Momence software for scheduling, payments, and accounts (training provided)
Manage class rosters and basic student information
Follow established studio procedures
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time | 12–15 hours per week
Preferred shifts:
Monday: 9:00am–12:00pm
Wednesday: 5:00pm–8:00pm
Thursday: 4:30pm–8:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am–12:00pm
(We’re ideally looking for one person to cover all shifts, though the role may be split if needed.)
Pay: $16.50/hour
