Not at all! Our prenatal yoga series is beginner-friendly and designed to support you at any stage of pregnancy. You’ll be guided through safe, accessible practices whether it’s your very first class or you’re a long-time yogi.

Yes, we actually recommend it! Many of our other classes (like restorative, gentle flow, and meditation) can be wonderful complements to your prenatal practice. Just let your instructor know you’re expecting so they can suggest modifications.

Our 2-week intro pass is for our regular group yoga classes only, so it doesn’t apply to prenatal yoga. If you’d like to join the prenatal series, you can explore our unlimited membership (which includes prenatal), register for the 6-week program, or drop in for individual sessions.

Yes! Because prenatal yoga supports your health and wellbeing, you can use HSA, FSA, or wellness debit cards for this series.

Just yourself, some water and comfortable clothing you can move in. We provide mats and props, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
