If you’re looking for consistent movement, community, and support throughout pregnancy and beyond, this is the most flexible option.

I'M ALL IN
  • No. This series is beginner-friendly and appropriate for all stages of pregnancy. You’ll be guided through safe, accessible movement whether it’s your first class or you’ve practiced yoga before.

  • Yes. Many other classes, such as Gentle Flow or Restorative, can be a helpful complement. Let your instructor know you’re pregnant so they can offer modifications.

  • The 2-week intro pass applies to regular group classes only. Prenatal yoga is included with an unlimited membership, the 6-week series, or as a drop-in.

  • Yes. HSA, FSA, and wellness debit cards are accepted for prenatal yoga.

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring water. Mats and props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

  • We want prenatal yoga to be accessible. If cost feels like a barrier, please reach out — we’re happy to talk through options.
