Pilates is a low-impact, strength-based practice that supports alignment, core stability, and efficient movement. Practicing Pilates alongside yoga can help you feel more supported in poses, reduce strain, and move with greater confidence both on and off the mat.

Classes use controlled, low-impact sequences to strengthen your core, support your spine, and improve overall stability. Options are always offered so you can modify or progress based on how your body feels that day.

  • Bring a mat if you have one (or borrow one of ours) and wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
