Refunds and Cancelations

STUDIO POLICIES

CLASS POLICY

  • Please arrive at the studio 10 minutes before class begins.

  • Late arrivals will not be admitted after 10 minutes into class.

  • Serenity Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to refuse entry.

LIVE CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY (YOGA)

  • We require 2 hours’ notice to cancel a live yoga class.

  • If you cancel with less than 2 hours’ notice or do not attend your booked class, you will still be charged for the class.

  • You may cancel online up to 2 hours before class time. To manage your bookings, log in and visit the “My Classes” tab.

  • When a class booked with a pass is canceled in time, your class credit is automatically returned.

  • For single-class card payments, the credit remains active on your account for 1 month.

  • This 2-hour window allows us to offer your spot to another student.

  • If the required notice is not provided, the class will be forfeited.

  • Serenity Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to refuse entry.

PILATES CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Pilates classes require 2 hours’ notice to cancel.

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours or no-shows will incur a $10 late cancel/no-show fee.

  • Due to the limited-capacity nature of Pilates equipment, this policy ensures fair access for all students.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY

Per your Membership Agreement, all membership cancellations and any changes (freezes, upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations)
must be submitted through the official form linked here. Emails, texts, DMs, or verbal requests cannot be accepted.

CLASS PASS POLICY

  • 10-Class Cards expire 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

  • Intro Offer passes expire 14 days from the first day of use.

PRIVATE CLASS POLICY

  • Pre-payment is required at time of booking.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session receive full credit toward a future private lesson.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full.

WORKSHOP & SERIES POLICY

  • Full pre-payment is required at registration.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but you may reach out to request a credit for future use.

  • If Serenity Yoga & Wellness cancels a workshop or series, a full refund or credit will be issued.

  • Serenity Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to amend these policies at its sole discretion.

SHOP POLICY

  • Goods may be exchanged or credited within 7 days with a valid receipt, if unused and in saleable condition.

  • Yoga mats may be returned only if still in their original packaging.

  • All sale items are final.
