The Serenity Yoga & Wellness 200-Hour Teacher Training is designed to support the development of steady, skillful yoga teachers. The program emphasizes presence, nervous system awareness, and the ability to guide safe, structured classes that support a wide range of students.
This training is not about performance or perfection.
It is about learning how to hold space, guide attention, and create conditions where meaningful practice can unfold.

• Individuals who value a calm, grounded approach to teaching
You do not need to be advanced in your practice. What matters most is curiosity, consistency, and a willingness to learn.

This 200-hour training provides a comprehensive foundation in the practice and teaching of yoga.
Participants will learn how to:
• Sequence well-structured classes
• Offer clear verbal cues
• Understand anatomy and alignment
• Observe students and offer supportive guidance
• Create safe and accessible practices

The schedule is designed to allow participants to continue working or studying while completing the program.
The training includes:
• Weekly Wednesday evening sessions
• Alternating Saturday training sessions
• Four immersive training weekends
• A combination of in-person instruction and online learning -
Total Tuition: $3,500
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a place in the training.
The remaining balance may be paid in installments prior to the start of the program.
