Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is designed to help you release tension, reduce stress, and promote profound mental and emotional balance. Allow yourself to let go of the daily hustle and immerse into a state of deep rest. Through gentle body scanning and guided visualization, you'll tap into your body's innate capacity to heal and restore itself, leaving you feeling refreshed and energized.  Treat yourself to this hour of tranquility and leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to embrace life with a sense of calm and clarity.  

This class is suitable for all levels.  Please note, we will be lying down for this practice, but no stretched or yoga postures will be involved.
