Nia is a sensory-based cardiovascular practice that leads to health, wellness and fitness by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit, delivering whole body conditioning. Done barefoot and to soul stirring music, Nia integrates movements from the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts including yoga.

You will learn the moves, move the moves and energize the moves. Enhance your flexibility, agility, mobility, strength and balance. Reduce stress in your body while increasing your personal fitness. No experience necessary just have FUN and be inspired! All levels of fitness are welcome.
