Spring is an excellent time of year to release the past and call-in new growth.
Join Erin Schifferli MS RDN, E-RYT for this energizing and restorative workshop. Class will begin with a 50 min warming, twisting, and releasing yoga class leaving students feeling open and focused for the 50 minute clean eating nutrition discussion. Learn simple ways to detox the body, balance hormones, and calm the mind — just in time for the warm season. A 10 minute break will be provided between classes, plus time for questions and answers at the end.
All levels of yoga experience are welcome to attend, some experience encouraged,and modifications will be offered.

From the first pause on a mat in the year 2000, Erin sensed the power that yoga has to offer individuals, communities, and the world. These practices brought healing for her shoulder, a settling of her mind, and a way to slow down and connect — which led to a newfound sense of overall wellbeing. Learning methods of breathing and movement alongside the profoundness of “just being,” fostered greater awareness and attentiveness in her daily life. She was both inspired and curious! With immense enthusiasm for sharing this discovery of conscious connection, Erin pursued her 200 hour, 300 hour, prenatal yoga certification, Yoga as Medicine Yoga Therapy, vipassana meditation, and Mindfulness Meditation trainings and programs.
