Do you suffer from inconvenient and unexpected urinary leakage? With coughing, sneezing exercising? Do you have a fear of pelvic organ prolapse? Are you experiencing pelvic, hip or low back pain?

"I thought it was normal because I had kids!" "I'll just live with this!"

This workshop will help you restore your pelvic floor by earning the importance of alignment, breathing, core activation and flexibility of the pelvic floor muscles. We will discuss why kegels are not always the answer and we will teach you about optimal pelvic health.
