This 4-class series is for people living with osteoporosis or osteopenia and those focused on prevention.
- Learn how yoga practice supports bone density and reduces the risk of fractures from falling.
- Learn the elements of practicing safely, whether you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia or if you are working to prevent these conditions.
- Increase muscle strength and endurance.
- Improve your balance and increase confidence in your ability to engage in the activities you enjoy.

Susan will help each student tailor the practice to their own unique needs. Some yoga experience is helpful but not necessary.
Susan Moore is a yoga therapist and registered craniosacral therapist. Having worked as a PT Assistant for 10 years, she is skilled in supporting clients with injuries and chronic health conditions. As a movement educator she helps students improve strength, balance, and mobility while moving in a relaxed, authentic and natural way.
She practices trauma informed yoga, and above all wants students and clients to enjoy peace and Self-acceptance. Susan is currently completing a Master’s in Social Work degree.
