Kickboxing uses basic boxing fundamentals and techniques while improving conditioning using high intensity interval training, plyometrics and body weight exercises. No experience is required and all levels are welcome. Any fitness activity can pose some potential risks to health. To reduce and avoid injury, a doctor should be consulted before beginning any exercise program. Be sure that the area within which you will exercise is appropriate for physical exertion.
When you utilize Jessica's videos and/or participate in virtual classes, you are performing exercises at your own risk. Jessica is a multi-Certified Fitness Instructor and Personal trainer with over 25 years of experience. She currently teaches Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Conditioning, and Kickboxing 6 days a week and also teaches Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga in the summer months.
I like to keep my classes fun, with a playful and exploratory atmosphere, no matter if it’s a vigorous conditioning class or a slower-paced restorative yoga class. I strongly believe in offering modifications for inclusivity, and my classes have a strong focus on alignment and posture with an emphasis on strengthening the core.
