Life can be exhausting and overwhelming, especially if you're a tween. Research has shown that yoga, breath work, meditation and mindfulness can support tweens with anxiety, focus, self-esteem, sleep, and more. In this class, students will be introduced to a variety of different self-care strategies and have the opportunity to practice these strategies in a small group format. This is an in-person class for girls ages 8-12.
