Come relax with the harmonious, gentle sounds and sensations of crystal and metallic singing bowls, gongs percussion and vocals for a one hour sound bath meditation experience. Let's take some time to rejuvenate, find calmness and balance during these very busy and challenging times. 

Sound healing is a wonderful way to be present in the moment and it allows opportunity for your body, mind, spirit and emotions to relax. It is well documented that the benefits of sound healing and meditation are numerous including decreased heart rate, decreased respirations, decreased blood pressure decreased stress and anxiety, increased focus and report of overall wellness.


Jeffrey Wyda is a Board Certified Holistic Registered Nurse who specializes in integrative health and wellness.  He lives in the awareness that stress is the seed bed for emergent possibility and if managed can be our greatest opportunity for growth and development. He is an empowering and passionate transformational leader in the shifting paradigm of healthcare and nursing.  A heart centered, out of the box thinker who is able to integrate the mind, body, spirit and emotions in his work.

He is a Certified Holistic Stress Management instructor trained by Brian Luke Seaward, Ph.D., from the Paramount Wellness Institute and a graduate from The Birch Tree Center for Healthcare Transformation, Certified in the Integrative Healing Arts.

As a Certified Holographic/multidimensional Sound Practitioner and a multi instrumentalist, Jeffrey offers Sound bath healing meditation experiences utilizing gongs, crystal and metallic singing bowls, vocals, percussion and strings.  He uses sound healing modalities to create a harmonious and safe space for inner exploration and personal growth by encouraging participants to tap into their own innate healing potentials and mysteries within.
