Pelvic Floor Therapy: Part 2

TEACHER: DONNA BROOKS
COST: $90
Sunday // January 12th
1:00 - 4:00 PM

It is estimated that 30-40% of all women will struggle with some form of pelvic floor dysfunction in their lifetime, this is a HUGE number! And yet we suffer in silence. We are embarrassed by the symptoms, and we often feel broken or ashamed. It is often very difficult to get the help and support you need which can be devastatingly isolating. Help is here.

Join Donna Brooks, Master Somatic Movement and Yoga Therapist,  for a continuation of her  Pelvic floor workshop this January 12th. It is suitable for beginners and experienced participants. It is helpful for those suffering prolapse, incontinence, experiencing pain or just curious about optimizing their pelvic floor.

In this 3 hour Pelvic Floor Therapy Workshop, you will discover:

-The magic of somatic movement
-How bringing knowledge and experience of how your pelvic floor moves enhances function while creating ease
-Help for constipation and incontinence
-Use foot movements to improve pelvic floor functioning
-Loosen jaw tension to release holding in the pelvic floor
-Deepen our experience of pelvic floor breathing to get the pelvic floor tone you need
-Learn the different types of kegels and identify which, if any, are right for your body.

**You do not need to have joined part one of this workshop to enjoy part two**
