IN PERSON ONLY
Even after years of yoga practice, most of us still have places within our bodies that feel stiff, weak, or even painful. In this workshop, you will learn how to use therapy balls, self-massage, and movement to free restrictions, reduce pain and enhance awareness and sensitivity.
We will begin at our feet and move up the body, paying special attention to hips and lower back. We’ll explore practices to enhance breathing, helping free up the flow of energy and leading to greater inner ease and comfort. We’ll end with a simple flow practice that will allow you to integrate and enjoy the changes you created. The workshop is suitable for all levels, even those new to yoga. Let’s get rolling!
