Take an evening for yourself—a time to pause, reflect, and reconnect. This 2.25-hour mini retreat is designed to help you gain clarity, release old patterns that no longer serve you, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead. Through a combination of mindfulness practices, breathwork, gentle yoga, intuitive movement, self-massage, and journaling, you'll be guided to connect with your heart and authentic self.

Becky, who holds a PhD in Neuroscience and Physiology, will be your guide, as she shares evidence-based tools proven to enhance mental and physical health and overall well-being.

Becky blends scientific insight with heartfelt wisdom in her yoga practice, inviting students to cultivate a deep connection with their body, mind, and heart. With a background in neuroscience and gymnastics, alongside a passion for mindfulness meditation and self-care, she brings a unique, holistic approach to her classes. Emphasizing core strength and mindful movement, Becky is also known for her soothing guided meditations during savasana, leaving students feeling fully refreshed and rejuvenated.
