We all need a little support now and then, and today may be one of those times.

Please join Naturopathic Doctor Allison Willette RN in a short review of how we can help prevent illness and stay healthy in this time of stress, worry, and closed doors. We will review basic naturopathic practices that anyone can implement in their daily life to help with staying healthy during this unprecedented time.

1. Hydration – what does that actually mean? And how does it help?

2. Sleep – I know it’s important, but I still don’t sleep well.

3. Diet – What can I eat to help me stay healthy now?

4. What do you have at home that can help you today? Hot and cold water?

Dr. Allison has been working in the healthcare field for over 25 years starting out as a nurse’s aide, RN, and for the last 12 years as a Naturopathic Doctor. Education has always been a joy for her, especially when it empowers others to take charge of themselves. Allison’s naturopathic practice focuses on helping women achieve optimal health as they move through the phases of adulthood. Allison has lived in the Pioneer Valley for 10 years, has spanned the U.S. living in Washington D.C., both Portland Maine, and Portland Oregon, as well as growing up in the great central state of Minnesota.
