Deepen your yoga practice with Taylor and Leah as they break down restorative poses; Learn the correct positioning, alignment, and modifications for your body! Each posture will be modeled and discussed, then you will be assisted into the pose with time provided to integrate, rest and restore. This workshop will be informative and instructive, as well as deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Taylor will provide reiki and Leah will offer massage that assists you deeper into each posture.
