This class is a combination of sustained poses as well as poses flowing in a mindful progression with an emphasis on core strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is based on physical postures, deep breathing, and mindfulness.

About Kim:
Kim is an inspired student, practitioner, and teacher of yoga who first came to the mat in search of stress relief and a calm mind. She teaches trauma-sensitive, alignment-based yoga that holds space for a dynamic exploration of movement as well as rest and integration. Playfully weaving her passion for contemporary psychology and neuroscience with reverence for ancient yogic philosophy, Kim sparks curiosity in the roots of yoga practice and shares practical tools to help build resilience, support mental health, and physical wellbeing. Kim hopes that students will leave her classes feeling nourished, celebrated, and empowered to take their yoga practice off the mat in ways that support their individual needs, lives, and work in the world.
