Join Shirley in a Crystal bowl sound bath meditation for deep relaxation. The vibrations of the singing bowls will allow you to sink deep into a space of peace while bringing body, mind and spirit into balance. The meditation will be around 40 minutes and will leave time for any questions. Please wear comfortable clothing. All are welcome.
I began my healing journey in 2004 when I was introduced to Reiki. I found what felt right, like coming home. I began studying alternative healing methods, which brought me to crystal singing bowls and meditation. Life changing events, each one helping me to grow and share as a person and spiritual soul.
