If you can relate to any of the above, please join Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches Heather Hodnicki from Sage&Co Wellness and Kim Brown from doTerra Essential Oils for a night of aromatherapy, energy healing through the use of chakras, grounding and cleansing.

During this workshop you will receive a custom oil blend specifically designed to heal your chakra out of balance. In order to prepare this for you, a questionnaire will be sent to you to complete and return at least two days before class. Chakra stones will also be provided in your oil blend.

If you have your own chakra stones, please have them with you for this class.

We will be on the yoga mats for this workshop and props provided for your comfort.

All Levels and experience with energy healing and essential oils are welcome.
