A slow, meditative class designed to help improve range of motion and rejuvenate the connective tissues in the body. Low impact postures held for a long period of time (with the use of props as needed to accommodate all levels of practice).

Melaney’s Bio:
Melaney recently completed her 50hr certification for Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra at Yoga San Kalpa with Lora Ksieniewicz, and will be completing her 200hr training in fall/winter of 2019 at Yoga San Kalpa. Her teaching style reflects her personal experience of yoga as a powerful tool for managing anxiety and promoting healthy self esteem, self compassion and positive body image.
