Pelvic Health Support for Every Life Stage
Free Workshop with Dara Clauson
IIn this educational and approachable talk designed for women, you’ll learn what the pelvic floor is, where it’s located, and why it plays such an important role in bladder and bowel control, core support, and everyday movement. We’ll explore what pelvic floor therapy actually looks like, who it can help, and why concerns such as bladder or bowel changes, pelvic discomfort, and core weakness are more common—and more treatable—than many women realize.
The talk will also cover how the pelvic floor changes during pregnancy, postpartum, and the menopause transition, including how hormonal shifts can affect symptoms and why these changes are a normal part of the female body’s life cycle. You’ll leave with simple, practical ways to support pelvic floor health, including 360-degree breathing, posture and movement awareness, and healthy bladder and bowel habits that support long-term well-being.
This workshop is intended for women. The instructor specializes exclusively in women’s pelvic health.
