Emmie Stamell is a Kripalu-certified yoga teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner, and student of Buddhist meditation. Emmie blends the rich traditions of hatha yoga, Ayurveda and insight meditation in her classes. When the body-mind moves mindfully with the rhythm of the breath we find ourselves purified, energized and deeply relaxed. The heart of Emmie’s teaching fosters greater ease, resiliency, and an increased capacity to reside with compassionate care in one's own body, moment to moment.
