Reiki Healing Sessions

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that many people use to support deep relaxation and stress relief. It can be especially supportive during seasons of overwhelm, anxiety, emotional heaviness, or when your body feels like it’s been carrying too much for too long.

Sessions are 60 minutes. You’ll remain fully clothed, either lying on a massage table or seated comfortably in a chair.

Reiki can be hands-on (light touch) or hands-off (hands hovering above the body) — your comfort comes first. If you prefer not to be touched, simply let your practitioner know before the session begins.

During a session, you may notice warmth, tingling, a sense of ease, or simply deep rest — and sometimes you may not feel anything specific in the moment. All of that is normal.

Many clients leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more settled — like their system finally got a chance to exhale.

Christy Zielinksi

Christy, founder of Auracle, is a firm believer in self-care, self-love, and self-compassion. She’s passionate about helping people tend to their wellbeing in everyday life — physically, emotionally, and mentally — so they can feel better in their bodies and show up more fully in their relationships and communities.

Christy began practicing Reiki and meditation in 2015 after discovering the practice unexpectedly in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. At the time, she was a full-time working mother with two young boys and feeling overwhelmed by life. Reiki became a turning point in how she cared for herself and managed her energy and emotions.

In March 2020, she began making Reiki-infused candles as gifts for friends and family to bring a little peace during a hard time. While the candles remain a creative outlet, Reiki is her true passion.

Aurelia Andreoli

Hi! I’m Aurelia — a dreamer and a believer in the body’s ability to heal. I’m dedicated to helping people slow down enough to hear themselves again, reconnect with their inner rhythm, and feel more supported in body, mind, and spirit.

In a busy world, it’s easy to ignore our own pace and what we truly need. Reiki — along with creative classes and workshops — offers a gentle way to settle, reconnect, and create space for healing and self-trust.

I practice Usui Reiki lineage and, as a Reiki Master Teacher, I’m honored to share this work with others.
