According to the ancient science of Ayurveda, winter weather exacerbates conditions related to vata dosha which most of us can relate to, including: anxiety, excessive worrying, mental spaciness, insomnia, joint and muscle stiffness, dry skin, digestive imbalances such as gas, bloating, constipation, irregular appetite, as well as poor circulation. A subjective sense of lightness or feeling ungrounded is another sign of vata imbalance.
In this vata balancing workshop we'll address the root cause of ALL of these symptoms and more. You'll learn how to heal your body-mind using diet, lifestyle, and Yoga.
We'll conclude the workshop with 30-45 minutes of yoga and pranayama practice designed to promote warmth, fluidity and grounding.
