Ayurveda, India’s traditional medical system, places enormous emphasis on the morning routine, dinacharya. Each sense organ is intimately connected to manovahasrotas, the channel of the mind, and can be purified in particular ways for great benefit. These specific practices in combination with general Ayurvedic lifestyle and diet recommendations will be addressed in this workshop.
