What to expect during a session:
During your 60-minute mindfulness coaching session, you and Michele will discuss your health goals, current anxiety-related challenges, and lifestyle habits.
Together you will practice breathing, movement, meditation or mindfulness techniques designed to reduce your anxiety.
Based on the findings from your conversation, you will be given personalized recommendations to support your journey toward a more balanced and grounded lifestyle.
Session Information
Zoom Coaching Dates: Monday-Thursday between 9am-4pm ET.
Must be completed within 1 year of purchase or unused sessions expire. No extensions. All sales final. No refunds. Transferring sessions to someone else is allowed.
Rescheduling: If rescheduling an appointment is necessary, we require that you email at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy: A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In both cases, we will charge the client a 50% missed appointment fee or use up 50% of pre-paid time for that session.
No prior yoga or mindfulness experience necessary.
