The Spirit of May: A Restorative Yoga Experience

TEACHER: OLIVIA BARONAS
COST: $35
IN PERSON ONLY

The Spirit of May is a restorative yoga experience that embraces the new hope of Spring. We will be tending to the flower of our mind, body, and soul. Participants can expect an experience that surrenders oneself to opening and flourishing with Spring cycles.

This special will also include enlivening breathwork, floral essences and aromatherapy, hands-on adjustments, and a May message from Spirit! This experience is suitable for anyone, and especially those that are struggling mentally or emotionally with the changing season.

Olivia “Oli” Baronas, longtime South Deerfield local, began practicing and studying yoga in 2015 while attending the University of Vermont. In 2016, Oli completed a 200-hour training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and in 2024, she completed another 200-hour training in Kripalu Yoga. Having always embraced a freelance yoga teacher attitude, Oli has a robust resume of teaching experiences. She has been a guest, temporary or volunteer yoga instructor at numerous yoga studios across the country, has taught at local elementary and high schools, including to high school sports teams, has taught in-home private instruction to many individuals, and has offered on-site classes at businesses & organizations.

In January 2019, Oli led yoga classes at Doctor Gary Null's (previously) renowned wellness retreat in Naples, FL. Most recently, Oli opened her own yoga studio in South Deerfield, Eternal Life Yoga & Wellness, where she offers well-tailored private and semi-private lessons. Oli has found great joy in offering soulful restorative yoga sessions at her studio, and she continues to find unconventional spaces to teach yoga in order to diversify her offerings and to increase accessibility.
