The New Year's Food Reset will give you the support, guidance & a customized plan to achieve your nutritional goals.
You'll learn simple principles of healthy eating that you can put into place with foods found in your local grocery store or coop. No fad diets, rigid rules or expensive products to buy.
This workshop is for you if:

In the workshop, you'll learn:
~What foods are highest in nutritional value.
~What foods to avoid.
~How to easily add veggies, whole grains & healthy fats & proteins to your daily food routine.
~How to create new habits & set achievable goals.
~How to determine how healthy a food is.
~How to be kind & compassionate to yourself throughout the process.
There will be cookbooks for you to choose recipes that you like.
By the end of the workshop, you'll have a two week meal plan filled with foods that are delicious & nutritious.
